Jacob is an ex-Marine now working as an electrician. He has lived all over the world and attended elementary school in San Diego, California and Okinawa, Japan before moving to Maryland, then Jacksonville, North Carolina. He is single and trying to move on from his last relationship, although he still has feelings for the woman who was his childhood sweetheart.
He describes himself as funny, energetic and caring, and the accomplishment he is most proud of is graduating from Marine Corps boot camp.
His hobbies include wakeboarding, soccer and putting together model cars, and his favorite sports to watch are football and soccer. His favorite television show is "Monday Night Football" and his favorite movie is "The Rock."
Jacob has three tattoos. One is a symbol that his ex made and the other two are crosses. He is religious and a regular churchgoer.

I hope Sharon cuts her loses(actually its a gain for her) and drops this guy Jacob...But I know being an Air Force Brat that maintaining friendships are like gold to kids whose parents are in the service. I totally liked Sharon...she played the game as I would have done and played it well. Now has anyone noticed that Jacob looks like David Hutchinson and TRULY is like the character he played in the movie "The Green Mile", Percy Wetmore!!! I am so serious...I saw it the first episode...all that drama that he created would have been just what Percy Wetmore would have done. Very scary...I wonder if Steve King ever met Jacob (hee-hee...being silly)

I kind of thought Jacob and Natalie could be a future couple too. For one thing, Jacob must like a submissive woman. Which Natalie is. Sharon isn't as submissive as Natalie because she broke up with the guy. It would be fun to find out at finale who real compatibles were!
